Families at home can create a healthy Lent using these cards as a guide.

Each week in Lent they can look at the appointed Gospel as well as one of the Millennium Development Goals and make some choices about how they will keep Lent in their homes.

Concrete activities will engage children and adults. Additional discussion starters help adults and older children continue their conversations.
